nab helps you discover free items listed by other people and communities near you. nab is a discovery tool: we do not own, sell, inspect, store, or deliver the items, and we are not a party to any pickup or exchange between users.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Listings are provided by third parties and may be inaccurate, unavailable, or removed at any time. You arrange and attend pickups at your own risk. Always use caution when meeting strangers or entering unfamiliar locations.
Some features require a paid subscription or one-time unlock, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account; manage or cancel there. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
The nab name, logo, and app are owned by nab. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond using the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, condition, safety, or legality of any item, nor uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, nab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from items, pickups, or interactions between users.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
